I fly a DJI Air 3 and I'm putting together a real portfolio before taking on paid work — practicing the shots realtors actually want: smooth reveals, straight-down lot shots, and clean orbits around the property.
Because commercial drone work legally requires an FAA Part 107 license (minimum age 16), a certified adult will be the licensed pilot in command for any paid shoots. I'm behind the camera and the controls — building skill and the business from the ground up.
